Daniel,

Thanks for your comment. In season two, I love the scenes with the giant. It amazes me how open everyone seems to be to messages from dreams, visions, coincidences, etc. The whole show seems unafraid to reveal the daily mysteries we live with and take for granted, when in fact, those are the very things that make life interesting.

Victoria --

Truly, Twin Peaks was wonderfully twisted stuff. In my humble opinion it petered out in the second season, but while it was in the groove it was a miraculous thing to watch. The scene in the Red Room where Cooper, the likeness of Laura Palmer, and the dwarf are talking in their backwards (but not backwards) speech, still blows my mind. When the dwarf says "Let's rock" and starts snapping his fingers and dancing his crippled little dance caps off what has to be one of the most remarkable scenes ever filmed for television.

"The gum you like is coming back in style."

"No, it CAN wait."

So get a piece of pie. Have a cuppa joe. Twin Peaks tonight. Twin Peaks tonight.
